It's what I lowkey hate the most about the whole Kaguya thing. It could have been done MUCH better if you just had Team 7 ganging him and then after Madara started to lose control from over exertion. Then have the rug get pulled out from under Team 7 with Kaguya's appearance would have carried it a bit better. Cause there is a decent amount of foreshadowing, but still kinda sucks.

The other material all of which are actual canon, Itachi's Story, (Ep. 451 - 458) are the anime adaptation of Itachi's Story: Daylight and Midnight, then (Ep. 484 - 500) are also different adaptations of the other companion light novels. In order, Sasuke's Story: Sunrise. Then Shiakmaru's Story: A Cloud Drifting in the Silent Dark. (Ep. 489 - 493) And Finally, Konoha Hiden: The Perfect Day for a Wedding, (Ep. 494 - 500)

All of those Light Novels are companion material to Shippuden. 479 covers the penultimate chapter of the Naruto Manga, Chapter 699. Please enjoy Chapter 700.
